Alam David Méndez-Florian
Breve semblanza: Inicié mi aprendizaje al lado de mi madre Celia Florian, chef del restaurante Las Quince Letras en Oaxaca. Colaboré con el chef Ángel Vázquez en el restaurante Intro durante tres años como cocinero de partida mientras estudiaba en el ICUM, Puebla. Alondra Maldonado Rodriguera
Alondra Maldonado Rodriguera (Tepic, Nayarit, 1975). She studied Teaching English as a Foreign Language at the Anglo-Mexican Cultural Institute (ANGLO), translation at Berlitz, and also studied literature and philology at UAM and UNAM. Being a natural born cook, she dedicated herself to it and launches herself as cook of her own restaurant, La Vita Delicatessen in Tepic.
David Castro Hussong was born in Ensenada, BC on 1990, and graduated from the French Culinary Institute ICC in Campbell, CA. He comes from a family dedicated to the culinary world for generations, that’s how at the age of 13 he started his cooking experience working at ‘Hotel Punta Morro’ .
Celia Florián shows her great love for Oaxacan cuisine that she inherited from her grandmother and mother. She is the founder of the Slow Food Oaxaca movement, belongs to the world network of mother terra chefs and is a delegate of the Conservatory of Mexican Gastronomic Culture.
Born in Veracruz, Eduardo fostered a passion for culinary arts in his hometown where he ultimately obtained his degree. Throughout his education, Eduardo perfected his culinary skills across a vast platform of specialties including French cuisine and the art of pastry making.
