Eduardo’s professional success has led him to work alongside the most prominent names in hospitality including Le Meridien Cancún, St Regis Punta Mita, Le Basilic Cancún with Chef Henry Charvet, Hilton Mexico City and most recently, St Regis Mexico City. During his tenure at St Regis Mexico City, Eduardo was first appointed Executive Sous Chef, before assuming the leading role at world renowned La Table Krug. Chef Torres joins RAMONA with impeccable timing, as the flagship restaurant continues to evolve and become a leader in epicurean experiences without losing the authenticity of its recipes. It complements Eduardo’s culinary style, which he’s self-defined as a “Sincere Cuisine.”
In addition to leading the team at RAMONA, Chef Torres is now offering a renovated menu, inclusive of new recipes, inspiring flavors and a contemporary personal touch that reaffirms RAMONA´s authentic style.
